The 5,500-ton extrusion workshop invested and constructed by our company has a design length of 120 meters, a width of 30 meters and a height of 15.8 meters, and a construction area of 4536 square meters. The total project investment is 50 million yuan. The main components of the first 5,500-ton extrusion production line newly built in this workshop adopt the most advanced domestic equipment and are equipped with advanced foreign electronic products. It adopts intelligent operation and will rely on high-tech means to professionally develop and produce various large-scale aluminum alloy profiles. It is suitable for the forward hot extrusion processing of aluminum rods and profiles. The production line was officially put into operation in May 2019, with an annual production and processing capacity of 20,000 tons, and the total annual output can reach a productivity of 60,000 tons.
