The development of the extrusion industry is of great significance.


In this paper, for a complex multi-cavity aluminum profile, the extrusion process of the profile is simulated by numerical simulation technology, the velocity profile of the outlet profile is analyzed to optimize the die structure, and the actual die manufacturing and aluminum profile extrusion production are guided.
